The static site loads no advertising, third-party audience measurement or assistant before an explicit visitor action.
Data controller
The controller is Charles Evrard, who leads the experimental ENDRET project. Contact: contact@endret.fr.
Data processed
- information you freely enter in the assistant about your activity, problem, current operation, frequency, impact, tools and objective;
- conversation content and technical identifiers required for operation;
- if you agree to be contacted: first name, company, email and an optional telephone number;
- technical and security logs strictly required for availability.
Do not send passwords, trade secrets, banking, medical, judicial or other sensitive data, or personal data about another person.
Assistant activation
Botpress loads only after the visitor activates the assistant or selects a starter. This action explicitly requests the conversational service. No advertising or audience-measurement tracker is placed in V1.

Processors and transfers
Cloudflare provides hosting and security. Botpress provides the conversation interface, assistant execution, qualification tables and related notification. These providers may process data outside the EEA under the safeguards they declare. ENDRET does not sell or rent visitor data.
Retention
- Botpress conversation and events: target deletion within 90 days of the last exchange, excluding provider-required technical logs;
- contact record created after consent: 12 months after the last exchange;
- strictly aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be retained longer.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw consent. Contact contact@endret.fr. You may also complain to the CNIL.
Automated decisions
The assistant makes no decision producing legal or similarly significant effects. Its internal classification only organises a possible follow-up.
