An ENDRET demonstrator exploring better-prepared, more consistent prospecting that remains under human control.
The problem is not always a lack of contacts
In many small organisations, prospecting is a series of isolated actions: research, qualification, message preparation, reminders and later retrieval of history. Repetition and inconsistency create the friction.
Structure before automating
Contact Engine is a prototype, not a finished commercial product.
- define the type of company sought;
- collect only useful public information;
- qualify relevance against explicit criteria;
- prepare a contextual contact angle;
- have a person approve the action;
- record the status and next step.
AI can prepare, not decide
AI may summarise a public activity or draft wording. It must not invent facts, decide target relevance alone or send messages without oversight.
What the demonstrator establishes
The prototype helps ENDRET test workflow structure, data quality and human review before considering a deployable tool.
Respect the recipient and the data
Commercial relevance depends on context, timing and restraint. Sources and assumptions must remain visible to the person approving contact.
Move beyond a prototype only if use proves it
A demonstrator becomes an operational tool only when repeated use shows a clear benefit, stable rules and acceptable maintenance.
